These Terms govern your use of www.gtmtalentfinders.com and any related pages (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

GTM TALENT FINDERS LTD (company no. 15900189), registered at Eastern Avenue, Essex, IG4 5AP (“GTM Talent Finders”, “we”, “us”).

2. Using the Site

You must use the Site lawfully. You must not:

copy, scrape, crawl or harvest content or data from the Site without our prior written consent;
interfere with or attempt to circumvent security features or access controls;
upload malicious code or take actions that could harm the Site;
use content for resale, re-publication or competing services without permission.

3. Client portal

Access to our client portal (the “Portal”) is by invitation only. We provision accounts for active clients. You are responsible for any activity under your credentials and must keep them confidential. We may suspend or terminate Portal access at any time to protect security, comply with law, or for breach of these Terms.

Portal content and downloads

Documents, reports, shortlists and other materials in the Portal are licensed for the client’s internal business use only and must not be redistributed, resold, or used to build competing datasets or services. You must not remove proprietary notices.

4. Intellectual property

All Site and Portal content (text, graphics, logos, processes, TalentLayerOMX™ descriptions, and other materials) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to view the Site for personal or internal business purposes. No other rights are granted.

5. Reliance and disclaimers

The Site content is for general information only. We use reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and available, but provide no warranties (express or implied) that the Site or any content is complete, accurate, up-to-date, or uninterrupted.

6. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death/personal injury caused by negligence.
Subject to the foregoing, we exclude all implied warranties and will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses. For paid digital services provided via the Site/Portal, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant service; for free use of the Site, liability is limited to £100.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against losses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site/Portal.

8. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
